BIO

Natalie was born in Yeovil and now lives in Bristol. She started writing poetry to channel her thoughts and feelings around anxiety and depression. Natalie has battled with her Mental Health since the age of 13.  Natalie writes openly about her experience and her blog has taken over from poetry writing, as she continues  on her Mental Health journey.

She has always loved books and writing in various forms. Her escapes are the garden, being outdoors, music and musical theatre.

Natalie hopes her poems and blog help people feel less isolated and gives people hope.
