I have had the best reaction to my last blog so thank you very much for all your kind comments. I am glad it struck a chord with some of you and was thought provoking. I know some of you have said you found it emotive and could relate. I am glad I was able to put into words what others had been feeling and thinking.

They also have 'Buddy Box' scheme where you can subscribe to receive or send a Buddy Box which they describe as a hug in a box. I have used this service myself on a one off basis for someone I knew that needed cheering up. No I'm not on commission with them (I wish) I just really like what they do :-)
I've also had questions about my poems and that I haven't written any recently. The thing with the poems I write, is that I find I can only write them when something is really emotive or as a distraction. At the beginning of this journey I could only write the poems and couldn't 'free style' write like I do now for the blog. This is a good sign. I have one very important poem to write for my brother's wedding but I shan't be sharing that one :-)
