A new poem has been added to the site regarding coming off Mirtazapine. Called 'Under your spell so I say farewell' please see this in the poems section of my website. This was a Anti-Depressant I took for 10 years following my last serious episode of depression. Whilst it kept me stable for many years I do believe it lost its effectiveness, that and the side effect of the constant hunger, it was time for change! I was absolutely petrified of coming off it at first but I have now been off it for over 3 weeks. Time will tell.
